With an intimate understanding of all aspects of the services we provide, Brett combines strategic insight with practical experience to guide teams and projects effectively.
Before establishing Rubix, Brett was a highly accomplished project manager in the superyacht sector, where he developed a strong practical and analytical approach. His inquisitive mind and hands-on experience enable him to ask the right questions of the right people, ensuring consultants, contractors, and teams consistently act in the best interests of clients.
Brett is known for his dedication, resilience, and ability to build strong, trusting relationships. A confident communicator and skilled negotiator, he thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and creating outcomes that benefit clients, colleagues and our business alike.
