She brings extensive expertise in commercial, industrial, and government property projects, with a focus on creating safe, efficient, and compliant working environments.
Tania is highly experienced in developing and implementing fit-for-purpose systems and processes, and in educating, mentoring, and guiding staff and contractors. Her practical, methodical approach, combined with her ability to engage effectively with people at all levels, drives behavioural change, accountability, and ownership of health and safety responsibilities across projects.
At Rubix, Tania plays a key role in shaping and advancing our internal health and safety culture. She initiates robust discussions, embeds effective frameworks, and ensures systems are aligned with both our goals and values. By carefully integrating new initiatives with existing processes, she strengthens risk management, sets the standard for our teams and projects, and actively progresses Rubix’s health and safety journey.
