Liam quickly establishes himself as an integral member of the project team, with end-to-end experience to draw from, Liam keeps a keen eye on the day-to-day detail, with the end result kept firmly in sight. His well-honed core project and design management competencies give him the ability to adapt to individual requirements and sensitivities of clients and extended stakeholders alike.
With a strong handle on project controls, Liam brings a depth of understanding of contract management, and finance control to navigate and drive projects from inception to successful completion, he does this with experience and ease.
