Andrew brings extensive Project Director experience, leading major projects through planning, design and construction. His strong design background, developed through experience in architectural practices in New Zealand and the UK, gives him a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how multidisciplinary teams collaborate effectively.
Andrew combines project expertise with stakeholder management, contract administration and procurement insight. He is a strong advocate for empowerment and consistently models Rubix’s core values, ensuring both projects and people succeed.
Along with his regional responsibilities and leadership commitments, Andrew remains deeply engaged in delivery, applying energy, focus, and strategic vision to all our projects in the Christchurch Region.
