As a co-founder and director of the business, Andrew has extensive Project Director experience leading major projects through planning, design and construction. A natural leader, Andrew has played a key role in developing and maintaining a strong office culture; one that gives team members the autonomy to flourish in an environment that genuinely supports them.
Before making the transition to project management, Andrew worked in architectural practices in New Zealand and the UK. Andrew’s strong design background means that he has an eye for detail and a keen sense of how design teams work together. Andrew brings to any project broad experience in project leadership, design and stakeholder management, contract management and procurement.
Andrew cites empowerment as the key to getting the best out of others. He’s a firm advocate for upholding core company values at every stage of the process, and has a natural ability to navigate complex situations with clarity and vision.
