Prior to project management, Merle completed her BE Hons in Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Auckland and interned as a Data Analyst.
Merle has experience working on a diverse array of projects, which has allowed her to develop a comprehensive grasp of project delivery. During this journey, she has finely tuned her abilities, becoming a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and highly efficient professional. She derives great satisfaction from problem-solving and excels in team-oriented environments.
