Based in Tauranga, Vance works across both the Tauranga and Hamilton offices while also contributing to projects nationwide, combining regional insight with national delivery expertise.
With a background in architectural design and building surveying in New Zealand and the UK, Vance joined Rubix in 2015, bringing a unique perspective and technical depth to the senior management team. Since then, he has served as Project Director on a diverse range of complex projects and as Account Manager for key clients, including the Catholic Diocese of Hamilton, Kāinga Ora, Woolworths, and various bodies corporate, helping them achieve their strategic goals.
Calm, professional, and hands-on, Vance leads by example, blending technical proficiency with big-picture thinking. His distinctive experience allows him to deliver innovative solutions, guide teams effectively, and contribute strategic insight to every project.
