Vance and his family live Tauranga with Vance working on our projects across both regions from our Tauranga and Hamilton offices in addition to assisting with projects throughout NZ.
With a background in architectural design and building surveying, both in New Zealand and the UK, Vance brought a new dimension to our senior management team when he joined us in 2015.
Since then, Vance has been project director on a wide range of complex projects. He also acts as an account manager, working alongside several key clients to achieve their goals and objectives, including the Catholic Diocese of Hamilton, Kainga Ora, Woolworths and Bodies Corporate.
Always calm and professional, Vance is a person who leads by example. He enjoys working on a variety of different projects, using his distinctive background experience to contribute unique insight and skill to each role. Technically proficient, Vance is equally able to provide big picture thinking – a hugely valuable combination in the construction industry.
