With an early career in environmental engineering and resource management, Sam built a broad base of experience in New Zealand and internationally before moving into project management. This grounding continues to inform his work, particularly in navigating regulatory environments, approval pathways, and projects with significant environmental and stakeholder considerations.
Sam is known for his pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and his ability to build high-performing teams around clear systems, processes and accountability. He works closely with clients to shape fit-for-purpose procurement and delivery strategies, ensuring complex requirements are translated into practical, executable solutions.
