With a background in environmental engineering and resource management, Sam developed a diverse skill set in New Zealand and overseas before making the transition to project management in 2004.
Sam takes a naturally pragmatic approach and combines broad industry experience with an ability to get the best out of teams. He is confident establishing systems and processes to manage complex requirements, and navigating the complexities of stakeholder engagement and approvals. He also has significant experience in working with clients to develop tailored procurement strategies.
