A young motivated professional, Ben has recently joined the Rubix team after completing his degree and graduating with a Bachelor of Construction Engineering (First Class Honours).
Ben has previous experience working as a construction site manager and managing the fabrication and installation of steel framing for various projects.
Ben brings a high level of enthusiasm and energy to work with him every day. Ben’s strengths lie in building and maintaining relationships and helping to create enjoyable and collaborative work environments. With strong interpersonal skills, clear strategic vision, and natural adaptability, Ben is ideally suited for a career in project management.
His previous roles have included client liaison, project reporting, safety inspections, supervising contracted staff and utilizing specialist construction management software.
