Zara is a recent and exciting addition to our Wellington office, she is passionate, determined and diplomatic. Zara is highly experienced in leading and managing throughout the entire project lifecycle particularly across Health, Education, Corporate and Government sectors.
Zara is naturally curious, a critical thinker and complex problem solver, she has the ability to keep her focus on the big picture whilst dealing with the day-to-day detail. Zara is a strong communicator who easily relates to and engages with a wide variety of stakeholders, encompassing any aspect of the project.
Zara thrives under pressure and has an in-built desire to be intellectually stimulated and challenged on a daily basis. Zara enjoys being organised and enjoys the success that comes with planning and prioritising work, while staying pragmatic and flexible. We are excited to have Zara join us and look forward to being part of her journey.
