A systems thinker, Michaela has built a reputation for integrity, attention to detail and technical innovation. With a work history covering the UK, Australia, and New Zealand she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a diverse array of projects.
Before transitioning to client-side project management, Michaela worked on site for both large and small main contractors and in the engineering design office. Michaela has worked in both horizontal and vertical construction and private and not-for-profit sectors and thoroughly enjoys the excitement of seeing projects in the built environment come to life.
