As National Health Sector Lead, she shapes strategy, capability, and delivery across complex healthcare programmes, partnering closely with clients to improve outcomes for communities across Aotearoa New Zealand.
With experience spanning healthcare, aviation, commercial, specialty retail, complex refurbishments and new builds, Simone brings a depth of cross-sector insight to health projects that operate within constrained, live, and highly regulated environments. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and clarity, enabling multidisciplinary teams to align around shared objectives and deliver with confidence.
Simone’s career encompasses programme leadership, design management, and governance advisory roles across the full project lifecycle. She is recognised for her ability to distil complexity, navigate competing priorities, and guide stakeholders through challenging decisions to achieve durable, well-considered outcomes. Her experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams further strengthens her effectiveness at both delivery and executive levels.
Originally trained as a registered Pharmacist, Simone brings a unique, practitioner-informed perspective to healthcare infrastructure and service delivery. This background deeply informs her approach as Health Sector Lead, where she is focused on ensuring projects support clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and improved patient and staff experiences.
