Since joining our team, Taylor has grown her skills exponentially, providing a proactive and energetic approach across all projects. She thrives on challenges and is quick to resolve issues in the early stages.
Taylor’s interest in project management began when working on an array of diverse projects for Habitat for Humanity in the Los Angeles area. Since then, Taylor has worked on a wide range of projects in the Southern Lakes region, developing her project management and skills by helping to lead design coordination, construction management, cost control and consenting. Taylor is highly attuned with key stakeholders to establish project milestones and works seamlessly to complete projects effectively and within the budget. Taylor has extensive experience as a development manager so understands clients needs intuitively.
Her regional experience has seen her gain a depth of knowledge in the consent process with the Queenstown Lakes District Council. Complemented by strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to bring out the best in others, Taylor continues to go from strength to strength as part of our team.
