Download vCardPaul Woodward has over 35 years’ experience in the building industry, the majority spent in the Central Otago region. He joined us in 2007 as project manager, and since then has played a key role in a variety of commercial, hospitality, airport and residential building projects.
While Paul comes from a building background, he also has extensive experience with underground utilities and infrastructure projects, including major airport and streetscape developments. His breadth of experience combined with extensive knowledge of construction regulations and practices makes him a solid asset to any team, on any project.
Paul is also adept at working with a wide range of stakeholder groups including council, tenants and landlords. His pragmatic, hands-on approach makes him a highly effective conduit between all parties, ensuring a streamlined process throughout all phases of construction.
