He is responsible for our Christchurch team as Regional Lead, and also has a role on our National Management Team working across the national business on our strategic priorities and business operations.
Ashton's approach to Project Management is underpinned by in-depth knowledge. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he gets the 'technical stuff', yet it is his interpersonal skills that make Ashton truly excel. A natural people person, he’s adept at bringing diverse personalities together and enabling teams to work seamlessly to achieve project outcomes.
Ashton enjoys working on complex, unique, and diverse projects, including our own business. Clients benefit from his extensive skill set and ability to understand and synthesize technical detail in an easy to understand manner to help clients and project teams make high quality decisions.
