An ambitious vision
O.K.L.A. is a living and retail complex offering a collection of 117 contemporary, refined apartments set over six levels, with boutique retail offerings at ground level. O.K.L.A. is the brainchild of Kingsman Developments, who have over 10 years of development experience in both New Zealand and China. We’ve been engaged to provide comprehensive project management for O.K.L.A. as well as several further apartment projects.
Ensuring the ‘wow’ effect
Coming in at the design phase of the project, led by Ignite Architects, we needed to ensure that the client was getting the best possible design to meet the challenging commercial imperatives of the project. To do this, we engaged a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals including Opus (structural), ECS/Thurstons (services), Holmes Fire (fire) and Tonkin & Taylor. The robust design process has resulted in a high quality efficient building with a definite ‘wow’ factor, including striking landscaping and rain gardens.
